    Two people have died on the A3 this morning. A man jumped from a bridge in Long Ditton on the North-bound side of the A3. While emergency services were at the scene, there was separate fatal accident involving a parked London ambulance and a motorcyclist.     The A3 between Hook and Esher Common has been completely closed after a man jumped into the northbound carraigeway. It's believed the man, who subsequently died, lept from a footbridge in Clayton Road, Long Ditton. To make matters worse, police are also dealing with a seperate accident between a car, motorcyclist and an ambulance. The motorcyclist is being treated at the scene.     Motorists travelling around Tolworth are being warned of disruption as the infamous Greenway project is set to get underway.  The plan is to take away the central barrier on Tolworth Broadway and instead put in a path for cyclists and pedestrians.   The idea is to regenerate the area at a cost of £3million.
