I went to Joy last Saturday night with friends to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant is modern, comfortable and the staff really went out of their way to be friendly. The customer service was excellent and the food wonderful. I will be going back very, very soon. Thanks Joy!

Joy arrived in Surbiton nearly 10 years ago (doesn’t time fly!) and has gone from strength to strength. It’s a modern looking restaurant that is much larger than it looks from outside with a large expanse at the back with some big round tables that are perfect for larger groups.
Joy have most of the usual dishes that you might expect from an Indian restaurant, but they also like to produce some dishes that are a little bit different. The chef likes to keep people on their feet and the menu changes twice every year, with even the Sunday Buffet changing every week. We spoke to Zia at the restaurant and he said that was what the restaurant was all about; top quality food that was a little bit different from any restaurant outside of central London. Joy also put on occasional food festivals, such as their recent Sea Food Festival.

Express lunch (Monday to Saturday) for only £5.95.
Eearly bird dinner (Sunday to Thursday, 6pm to 7:30pm) of four courses for only £9.95.
Sunday buffet for £8.95 for adults and £5.95 for children.

A wonderful meal
I have just moved to Surbiton and was looking for a local restaurant. Based on the reviews here I tried Joy with 3 friends and I was not disappointed.
The entrance doesn't look too enticing but once you are inside the restaurant is large, light and airy. The tables have linen table cloths and napkins and the staff were very attentive.
Most importantly all our food was delicious and reasonably priced. I will definitely be going back.
