These photos are of the Dog Show held in St Andrew's Square on the afternoon of Saturday 18th June. It has taken us a little while to post these as there have been some technical problems in posting photos which we've now fixed. If you can remember the day, Surbiton suffered some major downpours just prior to the Dog Show taking place so it's great that so many people actually turned up. The number of picnics was limited due to the rain but the Dog Show drew in plenty of locals and their dogs. It was a great event with many different categories such as most obedient/disobedient dog, best fancy dress, dog that looks most like owner, best at obstacle course, dog with waggiest tail and best in show. The event was put on as part of the Maple Road Farmers' Market and was organised by Geoffrey Doyle, with plenty of help from David Jacobson. Much fun was had by all and quite a tidy sum was made for local charities too. Well done to all concerned.
