Looking for Avenu Estate Agents
I rented out a flat through Avenu and they have scarpered with the tenents deposit. It was never paid to the TDS.

I have done quite a bit of digging and have managed to locate him in Peterborough but am now looking for other people affected by him/his business as Im sure Im not the only one! This is not the first letting agent to do the same thing in these offices on Brighton Road. This is the 3rd business operated by the owner of Avenu that has been set up as a legitimate letting agent and then closed down within 6 months taking all deposits!
