    Kingston Council have said they made the decision because the centre can't be run solely on council provisions. It means come September, 21 children left in the group will need to find alternate childcare.     Kingston and Surbiton MP, Ed Davey has taken his teddy bear into Parliament today. It's to mark International Day for Street Children. The energy secretary will then be visiting children at the Sunshine Ward in Kingston Hospital this afternoon. Kingston Chamber of Commerce are raising money through 'bring a teddy to work day.
