Southborough High School students were celebrating their best ever GCSE results today.  The boys school saw the number of students who obtained five GCSEs, including English and Maths, rise to 79%.  That's a 14% increase on their previous best.

This Surbiton school is clearly on the up, with the increase in students obtaining the five GCSEs increasing by 29% over the last three years.

The proud Headteacher, Sunil Chotai, said "It is their hard work supported by high quality sustained input from the school's staff that has led to this outstanding improvement. These results and the sustained improvement they highlight are indicative of the talent that is present here at Southborough High."
