Surbiton Rotary Club raises £3000 in just 1 night

The Rotary Club of Surbiton has managed to raise nearly £3000 in just one night. 

They organised a race night at the Holiday Inn in Kingston Rotunder, whereby 140 people attended the event. 

The money will be distributed among local charities in the borough.  

£460 was raised from the raffle along.  

Local businesses such as Sandra Gorvett, Anglo Management, The Finns, Colin Whittaker, A 3 appliances Chase, Black Lion, Surbiton, FDD International, City Arms, Thames Ditton & Yogan Yoganathan sponsored the event.

The rotary have given special thanks to volunteers, David Marshall, Adrian Pratt & Brian West who organised and conducted our Race Night and tote etc as well as to the District Governor, Mike Thorn and his wife Becky.
