Police are on the hunt for a man who inappropriately touched a woman on the 22nd November.

The 23-year-old victim was asleep, on her way from Waterloo to Basingstoke, and awoke to find a man assaulting her.

She confronted him and moved to another carriage.

It's believed the man left the train at Surbiton.

Detective Constable Andy Parkinson has described the assault as "shocking" and has urged anyone who may recognise the man to come forward.

Police have carried out an investigation and released an image of the man they would like to speak to.

Anyone with information is being urged to contact British Transport Police on Freephone 0800 40 50 40 quoting B5/LSA.
