Nearly 25% less money to spend around Subiton and Kingston

Kingston Council has said they have formed a budget "In difficult circumstances" because of cuts from central government.  

As a result they're asking people across Surbiton and Kingston what they want the money to be spent on. According to a press release on the Kingston

"Kingston Council along with other Local Authorities faced the announcement from Central Government of a considerable reduction in Funding. For Kingston this led to a 24.1% cash reduction over two years in its grant funding. Looking forward, it is clear that this reduction in funding will continue and could result in a similar reduction in funding over the next 4 -5 years."

Because of this they're asking people living across Surbiton and Kingston fill out a "Your Kingston Your Say" survey.
