A family from Surbiton have gone to the lengths of producing a music single so that thier daughter can recieve much needed medical care.

Danny Maclaren's daughter Poppy was born after suffering a lack of oxygen to the brain.  A year later she was diagnosed with cerebral Palsy, meaning that she requires treatment for the rest of her life.  The money raised from the single (due to be launched in just a few weeks time) will go towards a fund to help private care.

The song "One Precious Star" was sung

by Surrey singer Annabelle smith and produced by Alan Boyd from Surbiton.
