C'est Bon shop in Surbiton set to open

The old C'est Bon cafe at 8 Victoria Road, Surbiton is set to open. The shop has been closed for about a year when C'est Bon closed for business at short notice.

However, the shop is currently being fitted out with what looks like clothes rails and displays. We haven't been able to speak to anyone to find out excatly what is going on, but we would guess at a clothes or charity shop.
It looks like the shop is still being marketed, so maybe a short-term lease to charity shop could be favourite. But we are just guessing at the moment. It would be great to fill this shop as it's a bit of an eyesore, although it would be preferable if it weren't another charity shop.

Thanks to Daniel who contacted us by Twitter (@Lithosfear) to tell us that he has it on good authority that it will indeed be a charity shop. I suppose it's better than having an empty shop, but I wonder why this particluar shop is struggling to find a long term shop/cafe to take it over. It's in a great position, so maybe it's a bit more expensive than most.
