Appeals after man exposes himself on a Train in Surbiton

Appeals are being made after a man boarded a train at Surbiton and performed an indecent act. 

He sat opposite a 27-year-old woman, who said, that he never stopped looking at her during the ordeal. 

PC Mark Payne, said: "Although incidents like this are rare on the rail network, this was clearly a very frightening and upsetting ordeal for the victim and we'll do all we can to arrest the person responsible."

The incident happened in the early hours of the 30th November 2012.

    This sentence doesn't make sense. I think I get the gist of what you meant.
